You have a multimodal (VARK) learning preference
After taking the VARK Questionnaire, it was determined that I was a multimodal learner. From the page that discusses what a multimodal learner is, I have determined that I am a VARK Type I. That is to say that I do not have one specific learning style. Rather, I can shift into different styles depending on the situation. And unlike a Type II, I can only be in one mode based on the occasion.
I think a multimodal learning style is a great attribute to a team environment because I can learn in a range of ways depending on what is appropriate. Although I am not reliant at one specific type of learning style, I can still try to learn something in different ways. Another good addition to the team is that I have always thought of myself as doing a wide range of tasks to help complete a project, and since I choose, based on the situation, my VARK style I feel that I can help contribute and learn many aspects of a project and therefore lend my assistance where needed.
